About the portal and published data
These answers relate to the public section of EURUSD Journal.
Is EURUSD Journal a broker?
No. The portal does not open accounts, accept deposits or place orders for users. It publishes data from its own system.
Are the published statuses investment recommendations?
No. They describe the state of the system and take no account of an individual user’s finances, knowledge, experience or objectives.
Why does the portal cover EURUSD only?
EUR/USD has its own panel, trade history and chart archive. This keeps its data separate from that of other markets.
What does M30 mean?
M30 is the 30-minute timeframe used as the system’s main analytical interval. It does not mean that every trade remains open for exactly 30 minutes.
Is the data really LIVE?
The data is published automatically, but the platform, internet connection, hosting, FTP, API or browser can introduce delays.
Why do the numerical status and image sometimes have different update times?
They travel through separate technical channels. The status can reach the API before the chart image has finished uploading.
Does the history include losses?
Yes. The aim is to publish closed trades whether the result is positive or negative, rather than selecting profitable positions alone.
Will the result in points be the same at every broker?
Not necessarily. A “point” is the smallest quotation unit supplied by the broker for the EURUSD symbol in use and is not always the same as a pip. Results can also differ because of spreads, commission, slippage and execution timing.
Can trades be copied from the portal?
No copy-trading facility is provided, and the portal cannot place orders on a user’s account. Any decision based on the published data is taken at the user’s own risk.
Are notifications guaranteed?
No. Web Push depends on the browser, device, connection, operating-system settings and server. Telegram channel notifications additionally depend on the Telegram service, internet connectivity and notification settings in the app. Both Web Push and Telegram notifications may be delayed or may fail to arrive.
Do advertisements affect signals or history?
No. System data and the historical record are separate from advertising. Advertisers do not select trade direction, positions or results shown in the panel.
How can I report an error?
Send the page address, the time the issue was noticed, the browser used and a brief description to kontakt@eurusdjournal.com. Requests for personal investment advice are not handled.
