Nature of the portal
EURUSD Journal contains information about the operation of a proprietary AI-based trading system, current and historical EURUSD trade records, charts and notifications. Content published on the portal is informational and educational. It does not constitute individual investment recommendations, investment advice or an inducement to enter into specific trades.
Rules of use
- Users access the portal voluntarily and make investment decisions on their own responsibility.
- Actions that disrupt the site, bypass security or involve unauthorised interference with its code, data or infrastructure are prohibited.
- Prior permission from the site operator is required for automated downloading of large volumes of data, copying entire datasets or using content in a way that may place a load on the server.
Services and technical requirements
The portal allows users to browse content free of charge, use the contact form, voluntary privacy and statistics settings and — in supported browsers — Web Push notifications. Use of the portal requires an internet-connected device and a modern web browser. Some functions require JavaScript, localStorage or browser-notification support.
Use of the basic service begins when the portal is accessed and can be ended at any time by leaving the site. Optional functions can be disabled through the relevant portal panel or browser settings.
Technical problems and reports concerning operation of the service can be submitted through the Contact form. Where possible, a report should include a description of the problem, the URL and the time it occurred.
Availability and accuracy of data
The service is operated with reasonable care to keep market data, trade information, charts and notifications current and available; however, continuous operation, completeness and freedom from errors are not guaranteed. Technical interruptions, delays, differences from broker data or temporary unavailability of some functions may occur.
Copyright
The text, page layout, graphics, tables, charts and presentation of data are protected by copyright or other applicable law. Ordinary personal use of the site is permitted. Unless the law provides otherwise, further distribution, publication or commercial use of materials requires the site operator’s permission.
Liability
Content on this site does not replace professional financial, legal or tax advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for damage arising solely from reliance on information published on the portal, delayed notifications, technical interruptions or failures of external services. This provision does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The portal does not guarantee specific trading results or continuous operation of external services, including platforms, data providers and notification services. Detailed risk information is available on the “Risk” page.
Changes to the Terms of use and contact

Advertising and external content
If advertisements are displayed through Google AdSense, they are separate from system data and do not affect statuses or results. AdSense is currently disabled. Before AdSense is enabled, the portal will implement a Google-certified CMP through which the required user choices will be managed. Displaying advertisements does not constitute an endorsement of advertisers, brokers, exchanges or products.
Voluntary support of the project through Ko-fi is not a fee for portal access, a subscription, a purchase of signals or a right to receive individual investment advice.
